Experience the freedom of self-directed workouts at Momentum Gym's Open Gym in American Fork. Available from 12 PM to 2 PM, this session is open to individuals aged 18 months and older. A nominal fee of $10 for members and $15 for non-members applies. Children aged 5 and under must be accompanied by an adult at no additional cost.
