Opened in July 2018, the Local First Arizona Community Kitchen supports residents in the community while encouraging a healthy and engaged culinary community. The Community Kitchen’s home, El Rancho del Sol, is an affordable housing development located along the Valley Metro Light Rail in Mesa that offers a high quality of life for its diverse residents. From on-site garden plots to create after-school programming, El Rancho is steeped in creative ideas to make life better and healthier for everyone.
