These collaborative workspaces provide a range of companies - from entrepreneurs and start-ups to service providers, to divisions of larger companies - the ability to grow flexibly through shared and private office spaces, in a friendly atmosphere that includes significant communal services and amenities.

Spark Baltimore, our debut space, includes options ranging from undedicated desks to private offices and suites, housed in a rehabilitated historic structure with tremendous architectural character. The project has quickly won significant praise from local media and public officials for its positive impact on the business community in Baltimore. We are currently expanding the Spark concept into other major markets around the country.
