East Preserve

East Preserve is comprised of large wooded lots in one of the premier school districts within the Twin Cities Mounds View School District 621. East Preserve, formerly known as Nord, is located on the northeast edge of North Oaks. The 55-acre family neighborhood features single-family homes situated on rolling terrain. It abuts the 620-acre conservation area to the east. The layout of home sites has been designed to preserve the natural environment linked by footpaths and trails and allow vistas of the surrounding natural environment.
