The city has four active recreational sites and numerous neighborhood parks. The West Recreational Area has rinks for hockey and skating, and soccer and baseball fields. The East Recreational Area is a center for tennis. The Southpointe Recreational Area has baseball and soccer fields. The new 10-acre park near Wilkinson Lake features a state-of-the-art soccer/rugby field, bandshell, picnic shelter, and community gardens.
