The SoCal Sports Complex, built on a former Silica Sand Mining Company site, opened in the Fall of 2014 and has already been established as the premier amateur athletic facility on the West Coast. The complex boasts 20 full-size soccer fields and a pristine playing surface on 52.5 acres. Ideally located in Oceanside, California, the venue is the home of the San Diego Surf Cup Tournament series consisting of three large tournaments that draw more than 10,000 participants and 125,000 spectators. In addition to soccer, the complex will play host to a year-round calendar of events which includes Lacrosse, Auto Shows, RV Shows, Ultimate Frisbee, 5K Races, and more.
