Heart to Heart Senior Care Center is committed to making a difference in senior care.
Dementia is our main focus, and we believe in supporting organizations leading the way in research.
Heart to Heart Senior Care Center will give a portion of donation proceeds to The MIND Center at University Medical Center and the Alzheimer's Association.
The other portion will go directly into funds for improving the care center and into the our Respite Caregiver program, which provides relief for caregivers unable to afford services.
