Our nationwide network of commissioning professionals has commissioned more than 10 million SF representing an excess of $4 billion in capital investment. In the last 5 years alone, our team has commissioned more than 250 projects throughout the U.S., covering all sectors of the construction industry. In 2014, CBRE | Heery was named a Certified Commissioning Firm by the Building Commissioning Association, one of only a small number of companies in the nation to be awarded this credential. We provide commissioning services for both new construction and tenant improvement as well as retro-commissioning and re-commissioning services for existing buildings. We also provide commissioning in order to satisfy the requirements of many sustainable initiative programs including USGBC LEED.
