Commercial - Below Grade Water proofing

The treatment of a surface to prevent the passage of liquid water under hydrostatic pressure is called waterproofing. Below grade waterproofing is most commonly applied to the outside/grade-side foundations, retaining walls and basements. Most substrates for waterproofing are some form of concrete, such as block, structural concrete or precast.

Below grade products are available in many forms, including coatings and sheet membranes.
