Independent Living

With the renovation of the Independent Living entrance, offices, common areas, dining room, bistro/café and Assisted Living Dining Room, we knew the main traffic for the entire building would be impacted during construction and that residents would be displaced from their normal dining and programming. We worked with the staff and residents to provide alternate locations in the building for these activities, and most importantly, to maintain the safety of the residents and staff throughout the project. On this project, we assisted with budgeting early in the process and coordinated drawings with a local architect on behalf of the Owner/Interior Designer whom was located on the east coast.
